This car is titled as a 1959 porsche speedster replica, that is no easy thing, it must look and measure out just like the real thing, length, width, height and wheelbase, within an inch. Like the porsche it has all the same suspension, and steering of the original speedster. This is a "vintage" speedster kit built on a vw chassis. This car was garaged all its life. We purchased this beauty from an older gal that was the second owner and owned it since 2000. This beauty has the strong fuel injected 1600 cc motor like the original speedster with dual weber carbs. It sounds really good with the dual exhaust. The engine is backed by a smooth, 4-speed manual transaxle. This car is running and driving great. The tan and green interior is in very nice condition with very nice tan leather front bucket seats, nice original floor shifter, very nice original style top, nice nardi steering wheel, porsche horn button, nice door panels, new custom carpet floor mats, nice tan carpeting, nice original style dash, nice dash pad, nice original style gauge cluster. Just look at this car, what a find ! This car is a great runner and a real nice looker. This car is nicely equipped, including stock factory steering, factory gauge package, chrome porsche exterior mirror, porsche seat belts. Original front boot liner, custom rear camber compensator from cb performance . This vintage porsche speedster 1600 super has great looks and nice power as well! It handles, it is fast, and gets exceptional gas mileage. Odometer reads 13,142 km and we believe that to be actual mileage. There are not many of these on the road this nice. These vehicles have an appreciative group of owners any of which would be pleased to own this one. The suspension and drive train are in good working order as well as the electrical system. The nice chrome porsche style wheels with porsche center caps and nice performance radial tires really look outstanding on this car. This vintage porsche speedster 1600 super is a good investment opportunity and it is priced right! This vehicle is in very good condition from top to bottom and from front to back. It will not disappoint someone looking for a good example of a sought after and hard to find collector car which is not seen at every stop light for sure. This vehicle is in nice mechanical condition and it runs and drives very well. The vehicle is solid with respect to the overall mechanical condition as well as the overall cosmetic impression. I looked underneath and also included photos below. As always i tried to get as thorough and in depth with the photographs as possible. Be careful to not let it get away .
